c) In your country, do you have a special patriotic day? Discuss this special day with a partner. How do people celebrate it?

d) Skim through the Fourth of July events mentioned in this Seattle Times article. Do any of these events look particularly interesting to you? One way to celebrate the 4th of July is to go to Gas Works Park to enjoy fireworks and various festivities. Do you have any plans for the 4th of July? Will you go to the Gas Works celebration this Friday? If you don't mind the crowds and are interested in a cultural experience, why not take a minute to invite a classmate to join you? :)
